Issue an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions as it is required for the return of all items iTech Devices irrespective of the reason for return.
Product shall be returned in their original condition including all accessories, manuals, software, and warranties contained in the original packaging.
Once you receive the RMA number, the product needs to be re-packaged properly and preferably in the original outer box. A re-stocking fee of 25% may be charged if the original box is found to be damaged or marked.
Anything written on the original packaging except for the RMA number which should be clearly noticeable on the outer box; otherwise the package cannot be accepted. will not be accepted.
Make sure the complete address is clearly revealed on the outside of the package by using label or chit, not affecting the condition of the box.
After your returned package has been received, it will be tested by us and then we return you the replacement item within 10 days of receipt of the faulty item.
Please note that any package received without RMA number or improper packaging will be returned back to the customer at their own expense.
